Shipping & pickup
HOW A CONTAINER'S JOURNEY WORKS Every container's page shows its current stage. Here's what each one means: 1. Sourcing items — The seller is putting together the container's items before it ships. 2. Container departed — The container has left its origin country and is on its way to Nigeria. 3. In transit — The container is en route by sea or air freight. 4. Customs clearance — The container has reached Nigeria and is clearing customs. 5. Arrived at warehouse — The container is at its destination warehouse. Items are checked in and offloaded roughly 24 hours after arrival. COLLECTING YOUR ITEM Once you've completed a purchase, you'll receive a pickup confirmation code by email and on your order page. Every item also lists its pickup location — the warehouse's name, address, opening hours, and phone/WhatsApp contacts — so you know exactly where and when to go. Bring your pickup code when you arrive. The warehouse uses it to confirm you're the buyer — they'll already have located your item using its own tracking code, so collection is quick. If you have questions about a specific pickup location's hours or address before you head over, you can reach them directly using the phone or WhatsApp contact shown on the item's page.
