What is Warehouse?
Warehouse connects Nigerian buyers with sellers shipping items in from the US, UK, and Europe. Sellers list containers before they arrive; you can reserve or buy items, then collect them in person once the container reaches a partner warehouse near you.
What does "Keep for Me" mean?
Keep for Me lets you hold a unit of an item before its container has arrived, for a small holding fee. That fee counts toward the item's price when you complete your purchase after the container arrives, so it isn't an extra cost — it just secures your unit early.
How long do I have to complete my purchase after reserving?
Your reservation is held until 24 hours after the container arrives at the warehouse. Complete your purchase before then to keep your held unit — after that, it goes back into public stock.
How does pickup work?
Once you've paid, you'll get a pickup confirmation code by email and on your order page. Bring that code (and ID if asked) to the warehouse's pickup location during its opening hours — they'll already have your item ready using its own tracking code.
What if my item is lost in transit?
If a unit is reported lost before it reaches you, you're automatically credited the full amount you paid for it. That credit is applied to your account and can be used toward any future purchase on the platform.
What do the item condition labels mean?
Every item lists a condition — Brand New, or otherwise — along with a note from the seller with more detail where relevant (e.g. "open box", "manufacturer sealed", or any visible wear). Read the condition note on each item's page before buying.
Can I return an item?
Items on Warehouse are sold as described, with no general returns policy — this is stated clearly at checkout. Review an item's photos, description, and condition note carefully before purchasing.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely through our payment provider, Monnify, supporting Nigerian bank cards and transfers. Prices shown already include all applicable fees, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay.
How do I track a container's progress?
Every container's page shows its current stage — sourcing, departed, in transit, customs clearance, or arrived at warehouse — along with an estimated arrival date that updates as the shipment progresses.
I want to sell items or become a warehouse partner — how do I apply?
Selling and warehouse accounts are set up by our team after a short application and document review. You can apply from our Apply page, linked in the footer under "Sell".
