Commission & fees

A transparent breakdown of what sellers pay to sell on Warehouse. PLATFORM COMMISSION 5% of each item's sale price, capped at ₦100,000 per order. This covers listing, hosting, buyer support, and payment processing infrastructure. PAYMENT GATEWAY FEE 1.5% of the order total, capped at ₦2,000, charged by our payment processor for handling card and bank transfer payments securely. WAREHOUSE COMMISSION Agreed directly between you and your warehouse partner — as a percentage, a flat amount, or a one-off fee — and set out in your Seller/Warehouse Agreement before any container is listed. This covers storage, item handling, and buyer pickup at their location. WHEN YOU GET PAID Sales are invoiced weekly — orders from Monday and Tuesday are cut off for that week's invoice, and payment is sent out every Wednesday, straight to your approved bank account.
